Each year Dulwich Hamlet takes part in a Challenge Partners Review. This quality assurance process is a collaborative review led by a professional lead reviewer and utilising the skills and knowledge of three external reviewers, all experienced leaders in education. The review involves discussions with school leaders, lesson observations, discussions with pupils and reviews of documentation. We find the process to be both supportive and professionally challenging with the recommendations forming our School Development Plan in the subsequent year.
