Many of our teachers start through the School Direct Programme, progressing to leadership roles. We value life experience, with many joining us from other professions.Our support staff are the heart of the school, bringing calm and order. Classroom teams support children with literacy, maths, and ICT, while admin and premises staff keep everything running smoothly — from admissions and school trips to grounds maintenance.
