Y6 Residential

Our Y6s have had an amazing week at our new residential destination with a sea view on the Isle of Wight. It is a change of routine for the Y6 team with the trip moved from the summer to the autumn term. The children have been stretching themselves with activities from orienteering, to fencing, to the adreline inducing ‘Giant Swing’. Apart from everything else it is 5 nights away from home with no contact with parents and a huge step on the journey to independence. The children have been really supportive of each other and surprising the teachers every day. The food has been fantastic and we have had the run-around of the entire site! Y
